Job Description: As a Primary Inclusion Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Behaviour Support to primary-aged children with SEMH and EBD. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact on children's lives.

About You:
  • A First-Class Degree from a Top 20 UK University.
  • A strong desire to apply yourself fully and learn on the job.
  • A passion for working with children and helping those with additional learning needs.
  • Resilience, determination, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference.
  • Experience working with SEND children or those with Behavioural Difficulties is highly beneficial, but not essential.
Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
