About the Role

We are currently seeking an Inclusive Learning Specialist to join our team on a term-time only basis in a mainstream Primary School setting in Kingston-upon-Thames.

This role offers the chance to work with primary-aged children who require additional support, developing your skills and experience in a SEND school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of pupils with SEMH needs through collaborative working with faculty, SENDCo, and SEN professionals
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with children with SEMH needs
  • Ensuring a safe and equitable environment for all children

Requirements:

  • A First-Class Degree from a Top 20 UK University
  • A strong, determined, and dedicated individual, with resilience and a passion for working with children
  • Experience with SEND children or Behavioural Difficulties would be extremely beneficial

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,500 per annum (approximately £475-500 per week), paid weekly via PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay.
