Rutherford Briant is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory management and logistics processes
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, operations, and logistics
- Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
