We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Partnerships Coordinator to support the growth and management of the branded content division in our business.

In this role, you will assist in general administrative support, documentation creation, and design, maintaining strong communication with existing partners, researching potential opportunities, and supporting cross-functional teams in executing partnership campaigns for brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day administrative support, collateral and material localization, and documentation creation for partnership proposals
  • Conduct market research and collate insight for pitches and proposals
  • Help coordinate customer-facing trade-marketing partnership initiatives, events, and projects
  • Some support in terms of project management
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics
  • Support internal teams in partnership-related activities and delivering campaigns and general administrative support
Qualifications:
  • Minimum A-Levels / Degree Preferable
  • A good understanding of social platforms and how consumers use them
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of marketing and partnership concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
