We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Pharmacy Leader to join our team at The Boots Company PLC.

As a key member of our community pharmacy, you will be responsible for delivering expert care and advice to our customers, ensuring their safety and well-being.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice.
  • Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
  • Build the pharmacy capability of store teams.
  • Conduct continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety.
  • Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services.
Requirements
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Be registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  • Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
  • Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
  • Be collaborative with a team-centered approach.
  • Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
  • Be a great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.
