We are looking for an Advanced Pharmacy IT Professional to join our team at Basildon and Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for supporting and developing pharmacy and Trustwide IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy and IT, with excellent communication skills and outstanding IT abilities. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of MSE pharmacy systems and will also support the clinical pharmacy teams on investigating and tracking medicine saving schemes.

You will be working closely with other members of the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth running of our IT systems and will be involved in producing a variety of reports both internal and external to the organisation.

  • SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED PHARMACY AND TRUSTWIDE IT SYSTEMS
  • PRODUCTION OF REPORTS BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL TO THE ORGANISATION
  • SUPPORT FOR CLINICAL PHARMACY TEAMS ON INVESTIGATING AND TRACKING MEDICINE SAVING SCHEMES

Salary: £38,890 - £44,503 per annum (dependent on experience)
