We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to take on the role of Technical Director at Croudace Homes Limited.
This is a unique opportunity to lead our team in Caterham, Surrey, and be responsible for managing allocated development sites and ensuring timely production of commercially viable designs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
About the Candidate:
- Degree in a relevant discipline, such as engineering or architecture.
- Chartered or Incorporated status.
- Extensive experience in house-building and project management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Our Offer:
- An attractive package (£80,000 - £100,000 per annum) + Car Allowance.
