About the Role

The Ad Warrior Centre is seeking a highly skilled and flexible secretary to join their team. As a Bursary Secretary, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Centre's domestic operations, including site reception and security, hospitality and catering, facilities and accommodation management, and procurement and budgetary controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Centre's domestic operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service to staff and visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to the Home Bursary team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating events.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for managing the Centre's facilities, including site reception and security, hospitality and catering, and accommodation management.
  • Procure goods and services, ensuring value for money and compliance with Centre policies.
  • Manage the Centre's budget, ensuring effective financial management and control.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have experience in administrative support, budget management, and procurement.
