About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Authorisation team as an Authorisation Officer. This is a full-time, fixed-term position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake assessment work to review member eligibility for non-audit practising certificates.
  • Assess practising certificate experience forms and ensure members meet the necessary requirements and training records.
  • Manage the work in progress (WIP) tracker to ensure visibility of all pending work.
  • Process annual renewals of practising certificates with financial payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering emails, correspondence, and telephone calls from members.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge, sound judgement, and initiative in complex situations.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be highly organized, logical, and methodical in approach to work.
  • Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Be able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
