**Residential Support Worker Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team at Compass Children's Homes. As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide direct care and support to children and young people, working closely with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with the daily care and supervision of children and young people
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
