Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our client's award-winning team in the UK. This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days a week at the client's offices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the print industry and excellent customer service skills. They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, confirming and progressing chase orders to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards, and working closely with the client to deliver consistent cost savings and increased efficiency.

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure consistently superior customer service.
  • Confirm and progress chase orders to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the client to deliver consistent cost savings and increased efficiency.
