About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Officer to join our team at Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists. As a Digital Communications Officer, you will be responsible for creating engaging communications and content to tell the story of our clients, a not-for-profit social enterprise in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital communications strategy to boost engagement and reach key audiences
  • Create high-quality content for social media, blogs, and websites
  • Manage and maintain our online presence, including social media and website updates
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a data-led approach to communications
  • Travel to host's homes to capture moments and tell their story with empathy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital communications and content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online engagement
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work from home and travel to different locations

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000 pro-rata'd, with an actual salary of £19,200 for 21 hours a week
  • A permanent contract with flexibility to work from home
  • The opportunity to work with a not-for-profit social enterprise in Exeter
