As a key member of the agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid media strategies across various digital channels to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
    • Design and implement campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads for clients.
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Campaign Management:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and meet objectives.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Client Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
    • Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paid media and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling ad content.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
