About the Role

The Sales Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for driving store sales results by providing exceptional customer service and representing the Balenciaga brand and values.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive sales results
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality services and values
  • Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationships, from initial contact to after-sales assistance
  • Provide exceptional professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork
  • Work closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests
  • Provide regular feedback on client activity and market trends
  • Maintain display and organization of all areas according to visual merchandising guidelines

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market and fashion trends
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Strong administration and digital skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English
