Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive sales results
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Engage with clients to build authentic and long-term relationships
  • Work closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests
  • Provide feedback on client activity and market trends
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in all areas

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • Product knowledge and market trends awareness
  • Strong administration and digital skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
