Job Overview

The Sales Associate is a key role in the Balenciaga team, responsible for driving store sales results by providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Balenciaga brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive sales results
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality services and values
  • Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationships
  • Work closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests
  • Provide feedback on client activity and market trends
  • Maintain display and organization of all areas per visual merchandising guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • Product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Strong administration and digital skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English
