Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the care and nursing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
- Oversee the management of medication and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to your unit
- Supervise and manage the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication
Requirements:
- First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN
- Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work confidently on your own initiative
- Good standard of digital skills
