About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Consultant to join our team at Searchability NS&D. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing various facilities projects across our sites, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple facilities projects, from maintenance to construction, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Site Business Partners and Building Custodians to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Health and Safety: Provide support on health and safety topics, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Communication: Communicate updates on facilities-related topics to the wider business, ensuring transparency and awareness.
  • Site Representation: Act as a local voice of FM at Site level working groups, representing the interests of the facilities team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a factory/production environment.
  • Project Management: Proven project management and delivery experience, with a track record of successful project execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • HSE Awareness: Awareness of HSE regulations and best practices, with a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
