The Role:
We are seeking a Field-Based Maintenance Technician to cover South East/West England, including occasional trips to London. You will carry out LOLER inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on care home equipment. This is a remote role, with flexible working and only one visit per month required to the head office in Bedford.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct LOLER inspections and PPM (training provided)
• Diagnose and repair equipment faults
• Maintain detailed service records
• Communicate effectively with care home staff
• Meet KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service

Requirements:
• Electromechanical skills with experience in maintenance
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
• Comfortable with travel across South East/West England and occasional trips to South West London
• Preventative maintenance mindset
• Customer centric in providing a positive customer experience
