Job Title: SEND Learning Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive SEND Learning Support Worker to join our team at a large special school in the Devizes area.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide general classroom support and 1-1 support where required, working with students who have complex needs and disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional setting with special needs and disabilities, and be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general classroom support and 1-1 support where required
  • Work with students who have complex needs and disabilities
  • Support students in achieving their educational goals
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
