About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retention Director to lead our global customer retention team across all titles (UK & US). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive retention strategy to drive customer loyalty and retention across our portfolio of over 90 brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a retention strategy to drive customer loyalty and retention across our portfolio of brands
  • Lead a team of customer retention professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure retention and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on retention and customer satisfaction trends
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer retention and loyalty management, preferably in a subscription-based business
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
