Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Administrator to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and updating company records, databases, and filing systems, as well as assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents to support business operations.
  • Support the management team in coordinating and executing various projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to improve business processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
