We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Assistant to join our team at Connect2staff on a full-time, permanent basis. As the Accounts Executive, you will work in a busy role with varied duties surrounding Financial Management, Reporting and Administration.

Key job duties include managing sales and purchase ledgers, overseeing credit control, performing general ledger reconciliations and assisting with month-end and year-end processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales and purchase ledgers
  2. Oversee credit control and ensure timely payments
  3. Perform general ledger reconciliations
  4. Assist with month-end and year-end processes

Requirements:

  • AAT Level 3 qualified (Minimum)
  • Strong experience with Sage Accounting software
  • IT Literate (Particularly Excel including lookups and pivot tables)
  • Highly organised, with an exceptional eye for detail

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
