We are seeking a skilled Music Therapist to join our team at Children's Hospice South West. As a Music Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing music-based interventions to support the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement music therapy programs tailored to the needs of our patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of music therapy into patient care plans
  • Conduct music therapy sessions in a variety of settings, including individual and group sessions
  • Assess patient progress and adjust music therapy plans accordingly
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress

Requirements:
