Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a proactive and efficient administration service, supporting our design team and customers within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the design team, including document management, data organization, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to produce correspondence, documents, and presentations.
- Manage electronic document management systems, including uploading and downloading information.
- Develop and maintain office systems, including content management systems for websites and internal databases.
- Liaise with internal staff, remote working staff, and external clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Order and maintain stationery and office equipment.
Requirements:
- Excellent administration and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and data organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional flexible working hours.
