Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a proactive and efficient administration service, supporting our design team and customers within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the design team, including document management, data organization, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to produce correspondence, documents, and presentations.
  • Manage electronic document management systems, including uploading and downloading information.
  • Develop and maintain office systems, including content management systems for websites and internal databases.
  • Liaise with internal staff, remote working staff, and external clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Order and maintain stationery and office equipment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and data organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional flexible working hours.
