Adult Social Work Team Manager Role Overview

Pertemps is seeking an experienced Adult Social Work Team Manager to lead our Hospital Discharge Team in North London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of social workers and ensuring the smooth discharge of patients from hospital care.

This is a contract role with a competitive hourly rate of £43. Our client offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of social workers
