Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Education Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Nantwich. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and work collaboratively with a dynamic team.

About the Role

This full-time position involves providing targeted support and interventions for children across various curriculum areas, leading group activities, preparing resources, and conducting assessments.

  • Main Tasks:
  • Providing one-to-one support and small group instruction in core subjects
  • Developing and delivering individualised learning plans
  • Preparing educational materials and setting up learning environments
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Recording pupil progress and maintaining accurate records
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Right to Work in the UK
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply
  • Two professional references covering the past 2 years
Preferred Qualifications

A minimum Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or a related field.

Work Schedule

Full-time, 8:30am to 3:30pm daily.

Location

Nantwich.

Compensation Package

The salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
