About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Development Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical governance team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the improvement of clinical standards across our care homes in the West Midlands.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Reviewing clinical governance databases and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to address any issues that arise
  3. Working closely with regional directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to drive continuous improvement
  4. Providing clinical mentorship and support to newly qualified nurses

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You will also need to have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
