We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Case Reviewer to join our team on a Hybrid basis in Manchester or Hull.

About the Job:
  • Clear IT Recruitment is searching for an experienced medical professional with expertise in clinical negligence or a related field.
  • You will work collaboratively with our new claims team, offering valuable insights and guidance.
  • It is essential to maintain knowledge of the latest medical advancements, legal frameworks, and ethical principles through ongoing professional development and training.
  • You will play a pivotal role in educating and mentoring New Claims Advisors, working in conjunction with our New Claims Technical Team Leader.
  • Your primary goal will be to meticulously review and assess Clinical Negligence claims, upholding the highest standards.
  • Regular communication with the assessment team is critical to ensure accurate and high-quality instructions.
  • Outstanding communication skills are necessary for collecting sensitive client information and developing/coaching the new claims team.
  • A steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional client care/service is fundamental to this role.

Annual Salary Range: £47,500 - £57,500

This position requires individuals with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. A successful candidate will possess a proven track record in a similar role and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding results.
