Job Title: Nightshift Hygiene Manager

Brightwork Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nightshift Hygiene Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning regimes to ensure compliance with company and customer Codes of Practice.
  • Lead the hygiene team in ensuring cleaning is completed to the required standard and frequency.
  • Conduct regular chemical concentration checks and hygiene audits to verify compliance.
  • Maintain and update cleaning paperwork, ensuring cleaning is carried out as per required frequencies.
  • Ensure all staff wear appropriate uniforms and PPE.
  • Develop and maintain formal documented systems to meet business requirements.
  • Liaise closely with the production department to ensure seamless operations.
  • Motivate and direct employees to achieve high standards of housekeeping.
  • Plan and organize resources effectively, ensuring employee rota is issued weekly and holiday and sickness is covered.
Requirements:
  • A food manufacturing technical professional with experience in Quality Systems/Management or Hygiene Management.
  • Working knowledge in CIP.
  • Able to demonstrate a strong moral compass in a business environment.
  • Ability to implement change and manage a team.
