We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cook/Housekeeper at Kingsbrook School. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our students and staff, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals for students and staff, adhering to dietary requirements and care standards.
- Ensure the school's kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Support with menu planning, ordering, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the catering team to provide a high-quality dining experience for students and staff.
- A Level 1 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a school or care setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
