Cook/Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cook/Housekeeper at Kingsbrook School. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving healthy, nutritious meals to our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals for students and staff, adhering to dietary requirements and care standards.
- Ensure the school's kitchen and dining areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Support with menu planning, ordering, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the catering team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Contribute to the overall well-being and safety of our students and staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 1 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a school or care setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
