  • Answer internal and external calls, logging truck breakdowns on our management system
  • Take ownership of invoicing jobs
  • Send and chase repair quotes
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Order truck parts
  • Receive goods and record information
  • Conduct stock takes and record data
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Respond to email queries in a timely manner
