Job Responsibilities

  • Answering internal and external calls, logging truck breakdowns on our management system
  • Managing invoices and sending/receiving repair quotes
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including ordering truck parts and receiving goods
  • Conducting stock takes and recording information
  • Welcoming visitors and responding to email queries in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
