We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing direction, support, and ownership for all Safety, Health, and Wellbeing activities on site.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and influence Operational Management to maintain high standards, champion innovation, drive continuous improvement, and solutions to issues.
- Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes with site management to monitor and control compliance to legislation, internal policies, and lead internal and external audits.
- Deliver proactive SHE improvement activities and promote positive culture and safe working practices.
- NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum
- Experience in a manufacturing business, with a focus on compliance and cultural development
- ISO Systems experience
We offer a competitive salary, up to £50,000, plus up to 16% pension, bonus potential, and 27 days holiday + bank holidays. You will work alongside a wider company EHS team and report into the Plant Manager with a dotted line into a Head of HSE.
