Job Title: Application Support Analyst

At Fruition IT Resources Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Application Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues and provide timely support to clients through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Network Security, to ensure seamless IT application support.
  • Perform routine system jobs and processes to maintain the BAU operation of IT systems.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvements to the function.
  • Interact with vendors and internal teams to provide effective and efficient application support.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting underwriting software systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL scripts and Salesforce is beneficial.
  • Good understanding of Lloyds market insurance business processes and platforms like Xchanging.
  • Knowledge of policy life cycle, claims processing, and outwards RI process.
  • Technical experience of TSQL to perform data query and extraction.
  • Exposure to working in a regulatory environment.
