  3. Collaborating with the MIM team to resolve P2 and P1 incidents.
  4. Assisting in problem-solving and knowledge-sharing across the team.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in application support with a strong understanding of GoAnywhere MFT, 3rd party vendors, and data encryption methodologies.
  2. Ability to work flexibly and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality results.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of Windows, FTP, SFTP, IP ranges, Firewalls, Service Accounts, and data encryption methodologies.
