About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Lifeway's Group in Morecambe, England. As a key member of our Bank Recovery Support team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs transition back into their own homes within the community.

Key responsibilities include providing recovery-focused support, promoting independence, and facilitating positive change. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop personalized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including:
