Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at KPI Recruiting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of engineering support to our Northwich site, operating 24/7. This involves providing the necessary levels of service in support of our manufacturing strategy. The role is crucial in maintaining the safe, effective and efficient running of the department through the engineering shift teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and prioritizing activities of a shift engineering team to support operations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of PMs and equipment inspections.
  • Serving as senior engineering contact for Shift Managers.
  • Supporting Short Interval Control and daily end-of-shift review meetings with Shift Managers.
  • Contributing to Improvement Groups focusing on wastage reduction.
  • Ensuring seamless handovers to incoming shift engineering teams.

About You

  • A qualified and experienced Engineer (preferably multiskilled) with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with 17th Edition Electrical Regulations (desired).
  • Experience working in an FMCG environment.
  • A proven track record of leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
