Job Opportunity: Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team at Orion Group. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the finance mailbox, processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and supporting the preparation of weekly supplier payments. You will also be responsible for supporting the purchasing team in ad-hoc purchasing and ensuring all financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to be IT literate, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finance mailbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Process invoices and reconcile supplier statements

Requirements:
