Finance Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team at Orion Group. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the finance mailbox, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Process incoming invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approvals.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Support the preparation of weekly supplier payments and remittances.
  • Assist the purchasing team with ad-hoc purchasing tasks.
Requirements
  • No formal qualifications required, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
