About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment team in the Asset Management and Major Projects sectors.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a diverse range of duties, including designing and publishing job adverts, issuing contracts, maintaining spreadsheets, and responding to candidates and hiring managers.

You will work closely with our recruiter to source and shortlist candidates, verify their qualifications, and liaise with recruitment agencies for short-term contract roles.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, who can manage confidential information with discretion and has strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.

This is a part-time role, offering 16-20 hours per week, with the potential for future full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
