We are currently looking to recruit a Divisional Project Tracking Coordinator to act as a divisional resource, working for a Project Tracking Manager. The post holder will be expected to highlight major projects for regions and branches to focus on based on information provided by Barbour ABI and the National Supply Chain Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the National Sales team focusing on supply chain opportunities for Residential and Tier 1 projects.
  • Use information from external sales teams, B2B databases such as Barbour ABI and National Supply Chain Managers to identify and track potential opportunities.
  • Pass these to Branches and Regions to follow up.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM is essential.
  • Highly organised and diligent with good attention.
  • Excellent communication skills.
