Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging activity programs that promote physical and mental well-being among residents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Create a sense of community by fostering social connections and meaningful relationships among residents
  • Contribute to the development of resident-centered care plans that prioritize individual needs and preferences
