Cosine Group is seeking an Auditor to conduct Mystery Shopping activities in their Allwyn team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the level of understanding of retailers in preventing underage play and minimizing excessive play.
The Mystery Shopper will engage with store personnel who serve the lottery and ask them questions to identify knowledge and training gaps. Based on the outcome, the candidate will provide feedback on the steps of the call and suggest improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable attitude, be reliable and committed, possess great communication skills, and be able to work to deadlines to achieve visit targets.
The Mystery Shopper will be required to make a minimum of 20 visits per day, working between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. Working hours will be arranged with the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Mystery Shopping activities in accordance with company guidelines
- Engage with store personnel and ask questions to identify knowledge and training gaps
- Provide feedback on the steps of the call and suggest improvements
- Meet minimum visit targets per day
