Wealth Management Administrator

Are you an experienced professional looking for a challenging and rewarding part-time role? Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Management Administrator to join their team in Burgess Hill.
In this role, you will work closely with financial advisers and mortgage advisers to provide administrative support and build relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the financial services sector, specifically in investments or wealth management.
You will be responsible for producing client portfolio valuations, quotations, application forms, and fund fact sheets for advisor meetings. Key responsibilities include:
- Producing accurate and timely client portfolio valuations from various investment providers.
- Generating all necessary documents and information for client meetings, including quotations and application forms.
- Processing new business applications by submitting to providers, updating client databases, and maintaining daybook records.
- Producing Letters of Authority for new clients to service policies.
- Ensuring compliance requirements are met on all new business cases.
- Weekly chasing new business cases and existing business enquiries.
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro-rata) for this exciting opportunity.
