Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the final stages of their purchase, providing comprehensive explanations of their new vehicle's features and answering any questions they may have. You'll work closely with the sales team to enhance our overall customer service reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting engaging vehicle handover sessions for customers.
- Providing detailed explanations of vehicle features, functions, and technologies.
- Dressing the vehicle to meet presentation standards.
- Ensuring all paperwork, including finance and service information, is clear and well explained.
- Building strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Gathering customer feedback to continuously improve the handover experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of automotive technology is a plus.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license.
