Ribbons and Reeves are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Support Specialist to work with a Year 2 student with challenging behaviour. This is a part-time opportunity working on Wednesdays and Fridays, providing individualised support during class and breakout sessions.
About the Role:The successful applicant will have confidence, resilience, and the ability to build positive relationships. They will work calmly and confidently to encourage positive behaviour and learning progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 support for a student with challenging behaviour.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth learning environment.
- Confidence, resilience, and ability to build positive relationships.
- Calm and proactive approach to supporting challenging behaviours.
The daily rate for this position is between GBP96-GBP105 on a PAYE contract. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in supporting student learning and well-being.
