Job Description

\

This is a permanent position available from January 2025. The SEMH Specialist Teacher will work within our modern, purpose-built Resource Base to provide a personalized curriculum for a small group of children with additional needs.

\

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with SEMH needs using trauma-informed and relational approaches. We empower teachers to teach innovatively, reflectively, and collaboratively within cross-Trust teams.

Salary and Benefits

\

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer performance-related pay progression, a health scheme, a cycle to work scheme, an electric car scheme, and subsidised meals in our staff café.
