About the Role

We provide support to individuals with complex needs, and as a Male Complex Needs Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with service users, assisting them with daily activities, providing companionship, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist service users with daily tasks, including personal care and household chores.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users.
  • Encourage and promote independence among service users.
